1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Multiconnect WebSMS ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our web application.

2. Description of Service

Multiconnect WebSMS provides a web-based service for sending SMS messages via multiple connectivity options. Users can log in using their Google or Microsoft accounts via OpenID Connect. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to the limitations and disclaimers set forth in these Terms.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our web application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using OpenID Connect for authentication.
• Ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including spamming, harassment, or distributing malicious content.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the web application are owned by or licensed to us. You are not permitted to use any of these without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the web application at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the web application, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The web application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our affiliates, or our licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the web application; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the web application; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our web application by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the web application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the web application shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Germany.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our web application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
